How does FINO work behind the scenes?
FINO is built on a modular cloud architecture using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). User queries are routed through an API layer to the AI orchestration, which retrieves relevant information from connected knowledge bases and generates fact-based answers with source references. Communication between AI and knowledge sources runs via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Learn more on our Technology page.
How quickly can FINO be integrated?
Integrating FINO ChatBot or FormBot is done via a Web Component and takes just a few minutes. Configuring the knowledge base and adapting it to your requirements takes a few days to weeks depending on complexity.
Is FINO GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is processed and stored exclusively on EU servers. We provide data processing agreements (DPA) and technical-organisational measures (TOMs). Further details can be found on our Data Security page.
Which languages are supported?
FINO supports German, English, French, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Farsi and Ukrainian. Forms are always correctly filled in German regardless of the input language. Additional languages are available on request.
Do I need programming skills?
No. Integration is done via a simple Web Component (a single HTML tag). Configuration and management will be possible through the FINO Configurator - a graphical no-code interface that requires no technical knowledge.

How are AI answers kept professionally accurate?
